We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will never under any circumstance rent, sell, exchange or in any way, make your information available to third parties.
Shipping
We process orders M – F, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped using standard UPS ground service, fed-ex priority mail, or first class mail. Most orders will be shipped within 2-4 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery for our Dudly pet beds. Multiple item orders may ship in separate packages. Packages normally arrive with-in 10 business days.

Invoice
Your order confirmation includes your invoice. Please keep this for your records.
Emails
If you don't receive your confirmation for an order or for the dog biscuit recipe please check your junk mail.Business emails end up in junk mail if the junk mail settings set on your server is alittle to high.

Defective Merchandise
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You'll receive high quality products in good condition. We fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.
About Returns
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 5 days of receipt, we will take it back, but you will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original packaging and documentation required.
Only items in new and unused condition will be refunded (less shipping/handling and a 15% re-stocking fee). Exchanges are not subject to a re-stocking fee.
If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including the return shipping.
Please contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and a return authorization #. We cannot issue a refund with out this.
Damage by your pet
We cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by dogs or puppies being destructive. Our products are very durable, but are not indestructible. Please choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your pet.
